The brand began in a small living room within the founder's family home and has steadily grown into a fully operational storefront located in Sowutuom, its current base of operations. This journey reflects the resilience, passion, and commitment that continue to drive the brand today.

Naana Ohenewaa Otoo
Founder & Creative Director
Naana's passion for fashion began at the age of seven, when she would sketch dress designs and have her mother's seamstress bring them to life. This early love for design inspired her to study Clothing and Textiles at Aggrey Memorial Senior High School before earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Studies from Central University.
After spending four years in the banking industry, Naana chose to pursue her true passion. Following her graduation from Riohs School of Design in 2017, she founded 9902 Design Temple with a vision to create stylish, well-fitting workwear that celebrates the unique beauty and confidence of African women.
Beyond fashion, Naana is passionate about empowering women through skills development and entrepreneurship. She aspires to provide free fashion and sewing training for young women and girls, helping them gain practical skills that can lead to financial independence.
As a mother and entrepreneur, she is particularly committed to supporting women who are raising children with special needs. Through vocational training and mentorship, she hopes to create opportunities that enable caregivers to build flexible and sustainable sources of income while caring for their families.
Through her work, Naana continues to combine creativity, purpose, and social impact, using fashion as a tool to inspire confidence, create opportunities, and empower women across Ghana and beyond.
